The Tailor Craft held their annual AGM and Supper at the Royal Tay Yacht Club in Broughty Ferry last night.
Members heard from guest speaker Chika Inatimi from Front Lounge Kindred Clothing, a Dundee charity changing lives through a SQA clothes-making qualification for young women. The charity takes learners through the key stages of the garment production process, while teaching practical fashion photography skills and techniques to present themselves, their stories and their clothing. Both the Tailor Craft and the Nine Trades have supported the charity with financial donations.
New member to the Craft, Graeme MacDonald, was welcomed by members and Euan Williamson took on the mantle of Deacon from Stephen Brand.
Deacon Convener John Fyffe MBE attended to give an up-date on the work of the Nine Incorporated Trades of Dundee.
