Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design Textile Design students participate in a major industry event, New Designers, in London at the end of their 4 years of study. This event has proven to be extremely beneficial to the students, resulting in interviews, internships, jobs, master study, press and publicity, gallery interest and awards. The event is a launchpad for their careers and they have been taking part with success for a number of years. With support from The Nine Trades, investment in presentation equipment will hopefully help make the event even more successful for many years to come.
